TERMS OF SERVICE
By scheduling an appointment, paying a deposit, authorizing services, tendering payment, or delivering possession of a vehicle, wheel(s), or vehicle keys to Service on Wheels Wheelz or Duyser Contracting, doing business as Full Blast Wheel Repair, and/or their employees or independent contractors, whichever occurs first, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service.
SERVICE AUTHORIZATION
I authorize Full Blast Wheel Repair to perform the services agreed upon for my vehicle and/or wheel(s).
I understand that Full Blast Wheel Repair, its employees, and/or independent contractors are not responsible for loss of or damage to any vehicle or articles left inside the vehicle resulting from fire, theft, severe weather, acts of third parties, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control and not caused by their direct actions.
I grant Full Blast Wheel Repair, its employees, and/or independent contractors permission to operate the vehicle on public or private roads when reasonably necessary for inspection, testing, transportation, or completion of authorized services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, an express mechanic’s lien is acknowledged on any vehicle serviced to secure payment for authorized parts, labor, materials, and related charges.
ESTIMATES & ADDITIONAL WORK
Pricing provided before service may be based on photographs, videos, customer descriptions, visible damage, or other information available before the vehicle or wheel is physically inspected.
Such pricing is an estimate unless expressly identified otherwise.
Photographs do not always reveal prior repairs, corrosion, hidden structural damage, improper paint preparation, coating failure, previous refinishing, cracks, bends, substrate damage, or other conditions that may affect the required repair process or final cost.
If conditions discovered during service materially change the required scope of work or price, Full Blast Wheel Repair will obtain any additional authorization required by applicable law before performing chargeable work beyond the authorized amount.
The customer remains responsible for all properly authorized services performed.
DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. The required deposit amount will be disclosed at the time of booking and will be applied toward the final cost of the scheduled service.
Deposits reserve dedicated appointment time, labor availability, and scheduling capacity and are non-refundable except where otherwise expressly agreed by Full Blast Wheel Repair.
At least 48 business hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment without forfeiting the deposit.
Messages or requests received outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, or business closures, are considered received on the next business day.
No-shows, cancellations without the required notice, and rescheduling requests made without the required notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.
If Full Blast Wheel Repair must cancel or reschedule an appointment, any existing deposit will remain fully applicable toward the rescheduled service or may otherwise be handled at Full Blast Wheel Repair’s discretion consistent with applicable law.
APPOINTMENT ACCESS & SERVICE CONDITIONS
The customer is responsible for ensuring that Full Blast Wheel Repair has reasonable access to the vehicle and/or wheel(s) at the scheduled appointment time.
The customer must disclose known conditions that may interfere with service, including wheel locks, damaged or missing lug keys, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, unusual coatings, structural damage, or other known issues.
For mobile or house-call services, the customer is responsible for providing a reasonably safe and accessible work environment.
If service cannot reasonably be performed because the vehicle is inaccessible, required keys or equipment are unavailable, the customer is unavailable, the work area is unsafe, or another condition within the customer’s control prevents the scheduled service from being performed, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
COLOR, FINISH & FACTORY MATCHING
Wheel repair and refinishing are restoration services performed on an existing component.
While Full Blast Wheel Repair makes reasonable efforts to achieve a high-quality and visually appropriate finish, an exact match to an original OEM or factory finish cannot always be guaranteed.
Color, gloss, metallic appearance, texture, machining, aging, UV exposure, environmental wear, previous repairs, prior refinishing, factory production variation, and differences between adjacent wheels may affect the appearance of the finished repair.
Certain original factory finishes, including some machined, specialty, multi-stage, tinted, or proprietary OEM finishes, may not be reproducible through the repair process.
Where an exact factory finish cannot reasonably be reproduced, Full Blast Wheel Repair may recommend refinishing multiple wheels or performing a complete color change to achieve a more uniform appearance.
A customer’s approval of a non-factory color or alternative finish constitutes acceptance that the finished wheel may differ from its original OEM appearance.
PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE, PRIOR REPAIRS & COMPROMISED WHEELS
The customer acknowledges that wheel(s) may contain conditions that are not visible before service, including corrosion, previous repairs, previous refinishing, structural damage, bends, cracks, coating failure, improper preparation, excessive wear, environmental deterioration, or other pre-existing conditions.
These conditions may affect the repair process, finish quality, structural integrity, adhesion, appearance, longevity, and warranty eligibility.
Full Blast Wheel Repair is not responsible for failure caused by underlying conditions, previous repairs, pre-existing damage, corrosion, manufacturing defects, or prior work performed by another person or business.
If conditions are discovered that make a requested repair unsafe or inappropriate, Full Blast Wheel Repair may decline or discontinue the repair.
WARRANTY
Any warranty offered by Full Blast Wheel Repair is subject to the specific service performed and the condition of the wheel or surface being serviced.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, eligible wheel repair services may include a 12-month/12,000-mile limited warranty on the repair performed.
Certain services or wheel conditions may not qualify for warranty coverage, including but not limited to bent-wheel straightening, aftermarket wheels, previously repaired or refinished wheels, significant corrosion, severely compromised finishes, structural damage, or conditions where reasonable longevity cannot be guaranteed.
Warranty coverage does not apply to new impact damage, curb contact, pothole damage, accidents, improper cleaning, harsh chemicals, automated car-wash damage, environmental contamination, neglect, misuse, subsequent repair work performed by another party, or other damage unrelated to the workmanship originally performed by Full Blast Wheel Repair.
Any specific warranty communicated on an estimate, invoice, service acknowledgment, or other written service documentation will control if it differs from these general Terms.
WHEEL CURING & AFTERCARE
Wheel refinishing materials, including paints, primers, clear coats, and related coatings, require an appropriate curing period following service.
Unless Full Blast Wheel Repair provides different service-specific instructions, the customer agrees not to take newly refinished wheels through an automated car wash or use chemical cleaners, wheel cleaners, tire dressings, harsh detergents, solvents, or other chemical products on or around the treated wheel surfaces for at least 30 days following service.
The customer is responsible for following any additional aftercare instructions provided at the completion of service.
Failure to follow applicable curing and aftercare instructions may cause staining, softening, discoloration, adhesion issues, clear coat damage, coating failure, or other deterioration and may affect warranty eligibility.
CERAMIC COATING
Ceramic coating is a protective surface treatment and is not a substitute for paint correction, refinishing, body repair, or restoration of an already damaged surface.
Unless additional correction or repair services are specifically included, pre-existing scratches, chips, staining, oxidation, etching, corrosion, water spotting, defects, or other imperfections may remain visible after ceramic coating is applied.
Ceramic coating is intended to provide enhanced surface protection, hydrophobic properties, ease of maintenance, and resistance to certain environmental contaminants. It does not make a vehicle or treated surface scratch-proof, chip-proof, stain-proof, impact-proof, or maintenance-free.
Coating performance and longevity depend on numerous factors outside Full Blast Wheel Repair’s control, including surface condition, vehicle use, mileage, washing methods, chemical exposure, weather, environmental contaminants, storage conditions, maintenance, and subsequent repairs or modifications.
The customer understands that actual coating longevity may vary based on these conditions and that any stated durability period is dependent upon proper care and maintenance.
Customers are responsible for following all curing, washing, maintenance, and aftercare instructions provided for the specific coating system or service performed.
CUSTOMER INSPECTION & CONCERNS
Full Blast Wheel Repair strives to clearly communicate the condition of the wheel or vehicle, the services being performed, and any known limitations that may affect the expected outcome before or during the repair process.
Customers are encouraged to inspect completed work when the vehicle or wheel(s) are returned and to promptly notify Full Blast Wheel Repair of any concerns regarding the service performed.
If a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the completed work or believes that the result differs from the service that was authorized or represented, Full Blast Wheel Repair respectfully requests that the customer contact us directly and provide a reasonable opportunity for us to inspect the concern and, where appropriate, work toward a resolution.
We take customer satisfaction and workmanship seriously and will make a good-faith effort to address legitimate concerns relating to the services we performed.
PUBLIC REVIEWS & ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF SERVICE
Full Blast Wheel Repair respects a customer’s right to share an honest opinion or review of their experience.
When describing services received from Full Blast Wheel Repair, the customer is asked to provide a truthful and accurate account of the work performed and the circumstances surrounding that work.
This includes, where materially relevant, accurately representing known or disclosed pre-existing conditions, previous repairs, corrosion, structural damage, finish deterioration, service limitations, warranty exclusions, expected outcomes, or other conditions that were communicated before or during service.
The customer acknowledges that the condition of a wheel or vehicle before service and any limitations disclosed by Full Blast Wheel Repair may materially affect the outcome that can reasonably be achieved.
Accordingly, customers are encouraged to distinguish between a defect in the workmanship actually performed and a condition, limitation, or outcome that was disclosed and accepted before or during the repair.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit, restrict, penalize, or interfere with a customer’s right to provide an honest review, express an opinion, report a legitimate concern, or otherwise exercise rights provided by applicable law.
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other payment arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
The customer is responsible for all authorized charges associated with the service, less any applicable deposit or prior payment.
In the event of non-payment, the customer agrees to be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for reasonable costs incurred by Full Blast Wheel Repair in enforcing payment obligations. Such costs may include collection costs, court costs, attorneys’ fees, lien-related costs, and other reasonable expenses associated with collecting amounts properly due.
PRIVACY DURING REPAIR
Full Blast Wheel Repair may request reasonable privacy and separation from active work areas while services are being performed for purposes of safety, workflow, protection of proprietary processes, and quality control.
The customer agrees to make a good-faith effort to ensure that they and any employees, guests, or representatives under their control respect reasonable requests regarding access to the immediate work area while service is underway.
Nothing in this provision is intended to restrict a customer’s right to express an honest opinion or review of the services received.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Full Blast Wheel Repair is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from services performed.
Full Blast Wheel Repair is not responsible for failure or damage attributable to pre-existing conditions, undisclosed previous repairs, manufacturing defects, corrosion, prior refinishing, structural weakness, customer misuse, subsequent impact, improper maintenance, or work performed by another person or business.
Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By scheduling an appointment, paying a deposit, authorizing service, delivering a vehicle or wheel(s), providing vehicle keys, or otherwise proceeding with service after receiving access to these Terms, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms of Service.
